ProcUrPal is a verified B2B marketplace for industrial procurement in India. Buyers discover suppliers and products, while suppliers showcase catalogs and respond to RFQs.

Buyers

Use marketplace filters for category, location, price range, and verified status. Review supplier profiles for certifications, capabilities, and product catalogs before requesting a quote.

Suppliers

Visit the Register page and complete the 10-step onboarding wizard including company details, compliance documents, catalog upload, and module selection.

RFQs & Communication

Response times vary by category and urgency. Verified suppliers with RFQ participation enabled typically respond within 24–48 business hours.

Billing & Subscriptions

Modules include catalog management, RFQ participation, vendor leads, invoice management, ASN management, order management, and analytics. Pricing is shown during registration.
